TECNO Camon 11 Pro Design And Display
Design-wise, the Camon 11 Pro is quite a beauty to behold. The device features a glowing diamond fire design similar to that of the Huawei Nova 3i and TECNO Phantom 8. Both in look, both the Camon 11 Pro and the Nova 3i look similar in the aspect of camera placement, the way the Flashlight, fingerprint scanner and the Brand logo are positioned is also the same.
From the way the device is designed, one may think that is made from Glass but actually, it is polycarbonate insulated with diamond fire material. The device weighs 158g and measures 156.65 mm *75.95 mm * 5.6 mm in dimension.
The TECNO Camon 11 Pro sports a massive 6.2-inch IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1520 pixel screen resolution. It also has a beautiful and trendy 18:9 aspect ratio with little side bezels and a small chin at the bottom.
The notch up top housie the necessities like the front facing camera, speaker grill, proximity sensors and the rest. At the back is a fingerprint sensor for biometric verifications/authentications and a dual rear camera with Quad-LED flash. TECNO Camon 11 Pro is only available in the Diamond fire design.

Just like the TECNO Camon 11, the TECNO Camon 11 Pro sports two cameras at the back and one at the front. The one on the back is 16MP + 5MP dual camera setup with Quad-LED flash. Features of the camera include AI HDR, AI Portrait mode, AI Selfie, superpixel, AI Beautification etc. For selfies, the single 24MP AI camera does the job perfectly well. There is also an LED flash close to the selfie camera for low light shots.
TECNO Camon 11 Pro Hardware and Software
Inside the device is a Mediatek Helio P22 SoC which is an Octa-core processor manufactured on the TSMC 12nm FinFET production process; a significant generational upgrade for mainstream devices that delivers all the MediaTek Helio P22’s advanced features and awesome experiences while ensuring a new bar in long battery-life smartphones.
The new chipset is capable of 20:9 ratio HD+ (1600 x 720) resolution displays that offer a great balance between sharpness and power-efficiency. This is backed by IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU running up to a speedy 650MHz, and powerful octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU operating up to 2.0GHz. The major strength of this new chipset in its low-photography with AI-capability.
ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU takes care of gaming with 6GB of RAM to make sure everything runs smoothly. There is only one storage option here which is 64GB. However, you can expand the storage further thanks to the MicroSD slot on board which can accommodate up to 256GB. Android 8.1 Oreo runs on the device with HiOS 4.1 on top.

The TECNO Camon 11 Pro was officially launched on the 19th of November in Lagos Nigeria. Aspect availability, the device will be available a week after the launch.
