GX Record label Artist, 'Fletche' releases her debut single dubbed, 'DEFINE ME'. It is a unique song which is set to take the world by storm with its message of hope and defiance against societal pressure and the rampant identity crisis alive in the society today. The song was written by Fletche, co-produced by Annette Bee (CEO of GX Records) and Ibe Giant Killer (a multi award winning UK based music producer). Ibe also made the beat and mixed the song, and it was mastered by Wooligan (a Birmingham UK based superstar producer).
Fletche (also known as Shermara Fletcher) is a 2016 Gospel Xplosion Media and Music award nominee. She won the best Singer-songwriter category at the recently held 'Miss Enfield Curve 2017'. She is also a plus size FC Closet fashion founder/stylist.

Her musical journey began at the tender age of three years old where she graced many stages across Birmingham United Kingdom with her debut cover, "Oh Happy Days". Growing up and singing in a small church in Quinton, the city of Birmingham taught Fletche the craft-ship of singing where she often sang with her Mother (Joycelyn Fletcher) and father (Neville Fletcher), who played the guitar as well as her brothers Antoin, Justin and Luke. After over 10 years of hiding away from public events due to lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem, Fletche ministered in her local church worship team in Acocks Green where she was further developed in her musical and worship journey. At the age of 18, Fletche then met and became a backing vocalist for International Recording Reggae artist and Gospel Xplosion founder, Annette Bee which ignited and plunged Fletche back into her public musical journey and ministry. Since then Fletche has sung across the world in America, Europe and the United Kingdom.
