Manchester City moved level on points with fourth-placed Liverpool after a comfortable victory over West Ham.

Kevin De Bruyne opened the scoring for City after a one-two with Gabriel Jesus, before David Silva finished from close range to double the advantage.

Jesus found himself on the scoresheet before half-time following a quick counter-attack, while Yaya Toure completed the rout from the spot after Raheem Sterling went down in the area.
