The made in Chelsea black sports car (Porshe) was seen in West London on Wednesday night, and its unique body work immediately caused a stir online.
Many are trying to reign in the spending in these days of austerity, but
motorists in West London are usually not among those people.
The
perfect proof of this was spotted in Kensington last night, when an
eagle-eyed pedestrian saw this Porsche which has been covered all over
in suede.
It
was pictured by former Apprentice contestant turned estate agent Jamie
Lester, who saw the vehicle outside the offices of his firm, Haus
Properties, in Fulham.
Twitter users were quick to register their shock at a car which didn't look particularly weather-resistant.
One user tweeted: 'Who would want a suede Porsche? Why would you even have that thought?’
Others questioned how the car would last in the rain - or how the owner would react if it became covered in bird mess.
The owner of the car has yet to come forward - but their distinctive motor certainly made a statement.
